100% agree with Damo's posts.

Also, lets say playing budget is £3500 a week. That's £14,000 a month. £140 000 over 9/10 month season roughly. It seems to me the board must now be finding a third of that money through drawing down on the AFC money which, I'm told, permits "general budgetary support" to a limited extent. So rather than boost crowds or income or sponsorship or use the FA Cup windfall or hold back on recalling loans, the board are simply eroding the ground money for both rent AND paying wages.

NB. They rejected the KBH offer of fresh investment not least because they claimed they had other interested parties willing to put money and expertise in. How's that going? They also rejected a proposal that they commit to not using the AFC money for day to day budgetary support....
