Looks like a rule that can be missed, player in question was eligible for initial tie but not available as on loan at York. Would have been eligible to play Sutton but not being available for 1st game, makes him not available for the replay also.


A bit similar to our case with Shawn Beveney who was eligible for a QF tie but not for the SF.
Although I would say that rule was a bit more obscure.
