Yesterday at Hastings

A really enjoyable away day at Hastings in the trophy yesterday. We scored two early goals and deserved to win. Shame I only put a pound on the 2-1 @14/1!
The supporters club took a minibus which took around two hours each way. Although not a big turnout of Ks fans, we made enough noise which was greatly appreciated by the manager and the players.
Half the gate money and nearly £2.5k in prize money coming our way. I’m hoping for Merthyr away in the next round although that would really piss off the Ks representative at the cricket World Cup!

To be fair he did meet the King & GOAT of Indian Cricket & how many can say that. If we don’t draw them can we play them in pre season just for Cardiff Ks (who’s in India meeting & hanging out with the King)

The GOAT or merely the GLOAT (Greatest Lookalike if all Time)? You decide! Worth bearing in kind that the great man was due Chennai (over 2,000 km away) the next day...

I think I'm coming home 3rd week in November. Ks are gonna have to stay in the Trophy for a few more rounds 😃
