I know this is desperately early and just out of a terrible season but, will the commitee soon be able provide details on how to
join the SC for next season and if there might be details of junior membership schemes and away travel etc.?

While on this subject, while spring cleaning at Big Daddy Carlin’s home today, I found some old Ks Supporters Club documents, including something that gave an option of a season ticket for away travel. Is this still a thing or has it disappeared in the years the SC was running poorly? If this isn’t still a thing, I personally believe this is a great idea to bring back. People who know they’ll travel to all away matches can book a season ticket at a discounted rate, which brings in SC money up front.

Haha, thank you! I think I take that as a compliment for what the Supporters Club have been trying to do for the last 8 or 9 months..?!
We were going to have a Committee Meeting next Wednesday, but we've decided to cancel it in favour of going to the Youth CCL Cup Final instead!
Membership income helps the SC to subsidise travel to away games for people with mobility issues and those of limited means. And helps us to pay for occasional social events, like the End of Season party, later this month.
Fees have been held at just £5 for a few years, but I'd like to hope that supporters might be okay with an increase next season. If I say £10 next season, some people might react with "100% - whaaat??!!" but I hope most people will say "Meh, still less than the price of a game" and be okay with it.
Details will follow in due course. I'm sure we'll continue with reduced rates for juniors, older folk, etc. (Please let me know if you think we should have concessionary rates for unwaged, healthcare workers, etc.)
As always, we'd be delighted to hear from anyone who supports what we're trying to do, and would like to discuss sponsorship opportunities.

Two things
a) fees
I’d be happy to pay £10 as I’m wages. It means others can pay less, as in those who would come under the concessions umbrella and I think it’s important this is available
b) travel
I’m really glad you mention that. I think it’s important that you continue to provide this as a service and also as a service to those fans who might find public transport an issue, and also to those who have no access generally to private transport. It is a social service in a way and it’s great that you have widened the away games available as well as re-introduce concessionary fares. Thank you

Totally - at present there was a small membership fee for those under 18. The football club allows free admission for under 18s.. should we provide free membership? I’m personally inclined to think that would be a good idea.

I'm inclined to agree also but...
Would it then extend free away travel for U18. What point does it stop?

I think it would be a good idea to increase the membership rate for adults in work, as the fee has been just £5 for ages. I assume we can vote on this at the next AGM? It might also be worth flagging the option of giving above minimum amount, as I’m sure some might be willing to give a donation.
