The supporters are not happy
Views: 1081
After the Club’s worst-ever league position and points tally under the modern league format, "There is growing discontent with the current ownership, leadership and overall Club strategy. At recent meetings, the Football Club have reflected on a noisy minority of social media accounts sharing their frustrations, not believing that there was a bigger issue at hand. The results of this survey show that these frustrations are widely shared.”
So says the Chair of the Swindon Town Supporters Trust, noting that an enormous 36% of their members either will not, or are considering not, renewing their Season Tickets next year.

Do Ks have anything like Swindon's advisory board or is this something we can push the club to take up?
Sounds obvious but surely both supporters and board stand to benefit from meeting and working together more regularly.

Unlike in Swindon the Ks fans are happy! Don't let the negative minority here create a false impression.
Where were all the negative nellies when the club landed Eddie Simon????

Thanks for the perspective of STFC fans. I'd like the Ks chairman to STFU!

Thanks for highlighting this. Here in Swindon we're not as badly off as Ks are, although we do have quite a few issues.
STFC were taken over a couple of years ago by an Australian businessman, who we all believed would be the saviour of the club but this hasn't materialised YET(fingers crossed).
I've spoken to many supporters and nobody seems to be renewing their season ticket.
I've been following the events at K's very closely and it really is a very sad state of affairs. I can hardly believe many of the actions taken by the board. My Ks history goes back to 1955 and although there have been many hiccups during that time, nothing comes even close to what is happening now.
Good luck with everything you're trying to do. You will get there eventually.

Well said S/Dave,most takeovers at non league seem to attract mercenary chairman ,although Jim Cochrane seemed okay.
