Went to several Vale games last season. Saw several dogs. Can't be 100℅ certain but think a member of the Vale "hierarchy" brought his dog.

I have no idea of any official answer or if it will be different rules for K's than it is for RPV but last time I went to Grand Drive (RPV v Harltey at the back end of last season) there was at least one dog in the ground.
