Flights that far ahead are not yet available to book, but Skyscanner.net suggests return journeys currently from c. £330 per person, based on your dates (Fri 18th - Mon 21st April). I guess that gives us a target price to beat if we are serious about chartering flights.
Meanwhile, Booking.com suggests hotel accommodation for three nights will cost approximately the same. (Obviously, two people or more sharing one room will bring the cost down.) Airbnb suggests 4 people can share a property for anything from £150 upwards per night. Then there's campsites, obvs.
It's Easter weekend, so I expect prices will only increase - and everything will get booked up pretty quickly.
I'll reach out to Guernsey FC and ask their Supporters Club for advice. They were at home to Westfield for the equivalent fixture earlier this year (Easter BH) so maybe someone with contacts at Westfield can ask for advice?
They're due to visit us Boxing Day!! Perhaps we could organise a home-stay buddy scheme? (Semi-serious suggestion.)
Excited already!

Again, prices are not available that far in advance, but a ferry one week before will cost from c. £115 per person return. (Based on five people sharing a standard saloon car and a VERY early morning sailing out of Poole.)
As before, expect prices to go up and availability to go down cos it's Easter weekend.

How will the team travel? Are there any seats on supporters coach ? Maybe more economical to all travel together.

I think the club pay for the players & selected number of staff. Don’t know the official numbers. So we’re on our own for this one, can ask other clubs how they did it for ideas but people have to be realistic when coming up with ideas. Especially also given it’s Easter Monday so cost to fly/sail could cost more.

To my knowledge, the league subsidies or pays for travel to and from Guernsey for the away team and then they come over to the main land. Guernsey used to travel through Gatwick every Saturday evening (when ever they where away) when I used to work there and I would always (if I wasn’t busy) get to go speak to them and ask how their game was. I remember asking how they could afford the season and someone said the league subed or paid for their travel, I can’t remember which one

It's not easy to plan travel at the moment as it's too far in the future.
With it being out-of-season, prices will be higher and travel options not as good as they are in the Summer.
From experience of the area, the best way to get to Guernsey at that time of the year is via Jersey.

Flight tickets aren't on sale yet as Aurigny's Winter 2024-25 Timetable only runs to the end of March 2025. April will therefore be in the Summer 2025 Timetable. This summer they are flying 6 times a day from Gatwick direct to Guernsey, so I presume that'll be similar next year. They also do a couple of flights a day from City.
Hard to predict cost but I tried a random Friday-Tuesday in March 2025 and it would cost £120 return with just a cabin bag, £180 with a checked bag.
Flights for Summer 2024 went on sale on 20th October 2023, so I'd guess it'll be similar this year.

Thanks. Just to add that I emailed Aurigny, they don't have a release date for the flights but they expect it to be in October as you suggest.
Southampton airport will be a third option for some Ks fans as well, I doubt there will be any need to go via Jersey.

There are flights from London to Jersey and from Jersey to Guernsey all year round.
I think you’ll find that direct flights from London to Guernsey are only in season.
Since our game is out-of-season, there may not be any direct flights so via Jersey is best.
We’ll just have to wait until the flight schedules are published before we can be certain.
You could always go by ship of course, 11 hours I believe from Poole.

As per I posted above, there are 6 (six!) flights a day from Gatwick direct to Guernsey in Auringy’s summer 2024 timetable (April-September) and 6 (six!) flights a day from Gatwick direct to Guernsey in their winter 2024-25 timetable (October-March).
We’ll have to wait and see how many flights a day from Gatwick direct to Guernsey there are in their summer 2025 timetable, but if I was a betting man I’d put my money on 6 a day.
Flying won’t be a problem!

Believe it or not ferry from Poole is 3 hours (Portsmouth 7 hours or slightly longer overnight).
