Eastbourne Town at home moved from Sunday afternoon to Friday Night because AFC Wimbledon women playing on the Sunday.

Oh yeah, news that some might of missed AFC Wimbledon women will play some home matches at Raynes Park Vale this season

On the positive gives us a couple more days of recovery before Moneyfields away on Tuesday 10th September

Ollie I have checked and you have this wrong. The game was moved at our request and at Scott’s suggestion. Because we thought we might get a better crowd than on a Sunday and fans had been asking for Friday night football.

Raynes Park Vale were happy to accommodate our request and Eastbourne were willing but asked for slightly later kickoff time because of travelling. This decision had nothing whatsoever to do with AFC Wimbledon.

Thanks for clarifying John. I would suggest if the club can communicate the reason why a fixture has been moved at the same time it’s announced it moving in the future, this would stop fans from having to do their own digging and speculate on the reasoning
