Shame, bit quick off the mark but, I suppose we have had
a fair bit of rain overnight. Levered and Cor cas still on, similar kind of surfaces as RPV.

Well yes we had overnight rain but it seems the postponement
seemed rather early in the day considering the temperature and
the hours of very warm sunshine since that call was made.
Was a local ref called in or was it pressure from RPV.

A local ref was called in as the match they referee couldn’t get there until much later.There was no pressure from our hosts.

Mitchal Gough was there and thought the pitch was clearly waterlogged. If we had waited until more people were travelling we would have been rightly criticised for a late cancellation
