All refunds are issued via the club shop which is something I don't run I'm afraid.

The above link should be able to get you in contact with the relevant persons with regards to a refund.
Should also be noted that any communication for individual circumstances regarding the club shop should be communicated via the club shop and not via here. I for one would rather this forum remain a forum and not a SC customer services department 🤣
