Play off away to Uxbridge is winnable provided we put out a full strength team and get the tactics spot on!

Scott and the players seemed very positive about this after the match and are looking forward to playing on a 3G pitch which should suit our style of play.

I’d agree actually - it seems like the best tie we could have got, weirdly, even though 5th is the “worst spot”.

Guess that attitude comes a little bit from us not being able to have a proper home game though, sadly.

Really fancy us to win this as you pointed out the all weather
pitch will aid our passing game, something that has been
lacking at Grand Drive since the pitch became difficult to
play that type of football on.

I think the take that the all weather pitch will suit our passing game is an interesting one. In theory if this is the case this should have been the case vs Gurensey recently as well but in that game we launched more consistent long balls than I’ve seen any other game this season, particularly straight from the goal kick.

I think reality is without Kelly and Munting maybe our passing game isn’t what it was earlier in the season and wouldn’t be surprised to see more long balls over the top today… but whatever way we need to, the win is obviously all that matters.
