Membership - your questions answered

The S Club AGM is this Friday and, whilst everyone is welcome to attend and participate, to vote on any matters you must be a member.

Membership for season 24-25 is currently available here for just £2. This is valid until the AGM and will allow you to vote.

If the AGM approves a motion to convert to a Supporters Trust, the Supporters Club will be dissolved and we will begin the process of registering the Trust with the relevant authorities. Once complete, we will invite you to become a member of the new Trust.

If the AGM does not approve a motion to convert to a Supporters Trust, the Supporters Club will continue and we will encourage you to join as members in the normal way.

You may vote on matters raised at the AGM if you are a member of the Supporters Club Season 2024-25.

For the motion to convert to a Supporters Trust, you can vote in person at the AGM; by post; or online. Online voting will be open for one week after the AGM. (Voting will only open after the AGM in case there are any amendments to the motions.)

Out of interest do we still hold the money that was transferred from the old K's trust to be earmarked for something like this proposal or did this get used up in general expenditure over the years since? Think it was about £10k?

This was addressed at the meeting last Friday.

In short, the balance of funds left in the (old) Ks Trust had to be used or else they would be surrendered when the Trust lapsed. The balance was thus gifted to the Football Club to buy floodlights for the training pitch.
